ShopShefia partners with multiple suppliers and fulfillment providers. Processing and delivery times may vary by product, supplier, and destination.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order, personalized, or print-on-demand items may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided when available at checkout or on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Items within the same order may arrive separately when fulfilled by different suppliers.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@shefiahq.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and work with the fulfillment provider toward an appropriate resolution.
